Return and Refund Policy (B2B)
1. Scope
This policy applies exclusively to business customers.
Goods are sold “as is” and “as available”, unless expressly agreed
otherwise in writing.
No statutory right of return applies.
2. Returns by Authorization Only
Returns may be accepted solely at SPSelectronic’s discretion and must be requested within 14 calendar days of delivery.
No return is valid without prior written authorization (RMA).
3. Conditions
Returned goods must be:
- unused, undamaged, and complete
- in original packaging
- accompanied by proof of purchase
4. Shipping
Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Unauthorized or freight-collect returns will be refused.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Including but not limited to:
- custom or made-to-order goods
- software, licenses, digital products once delivered
- activated license keys
- used or altered goods
6. Refunds
Approved refunds apply to the net product price only and are processed within 14 business days.
