Pneumatic line terminals LK 25-4
LK 25-4
- For quick connection of free cable ends
- Available for different cable diameters
- Compressed air operated
Pneumatic line terminals are used when free cable ends need to be connected quickly in production. The contact is made by inserting the stripped cable ends into the contacting opening. This process is triggered by a confirmation plunger, which is pressed down approx. 1 mm through the cable. The connection between the cable and the housing is made by means of a clamping piston. Pressing the opening button on the pneumatic line terminal interrupts the air supply and thus the contact.
For special solutions, several of the terminals are embedded in a plastic block. This enables a close arrangement with high insulation between the individual terminals. The 4-wire technology can be routed up to the pneumatic line terminal. A common valve of a group of line terminals allows all connections to be released by a common signal.
Line terminals are available for cables with different diameters.
SPS electronic offers application-specific solutions for electrical contacting in the field of electrical testing technology.

We combine mechanical expertise with high voltages and high currents. As an electronics company, we are particularly proud of our mechanics:
Perfect construction and top quality.
Note: To contact smooth surfaces such as wire end ferrules, we recommend using a line terminal with a waffle crown. These versions are marked with the "WK" option.
